Shipping Policy

Shipping to the European Union

The European Union (EU), a group of 27 countries including Germany and France, implemented new trade rules for U.S. sellers beginning July 1, 2021. Due to these changes and restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Europe. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.


Shipping

All items are shipped from our warehouse via USPS.
Domestic and international shipping options are listed below with their estimated delivery times. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Please note that delivery time estimates begin the day after your order ships from our warehouse.


Delivery Issues

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages.
If you live in a high-crime area, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with the cost of shipping insurance.
If your tracking number shows your order as delivered, we cannot replace a missing or stolen package unless it was insured.

Customers must report any damages or defective items within 7 business days of receiving their order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–9 business days*

  • Priority Mail (U.S.): 4–6 business days*

  • International Shipping: 2–8 weeks*

We process orders within 2 business days.
For example:

  • Orders placed on Monday will ship on Wednesday.

  • Orders placed on Thursday will ship on Friday or Monday.

*Please note: USPS only guarantees delivery times for Priority Mail Express. All other delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by USPS or by us.

Shipping is a service purchased from USPS along with your order, so any issues that occur during transit must be handled directly with USPS.


International Shipping

While most international packages arrive within 7–14 days, rare delays of 6–12 weeks can occur after a package leaves the United States.

We are not responsible for delays or customs holds once the package departs the U.S.
All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
