Shipping to the European Union
The European Union (EU), a group of 27 countries including Germany and France, will be implementing new trade rules for U.S. sellers beginning July 1, 2021. Due to the new changes and restrictions, we can no longer ship to Europe. We do apologize for the inconvenience. 




All items are shipped from our warehouse Via USPS. Domestic and international shipping options, which are listed below with estimated delivery times. You'll be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page. Please Keep in mind, the delivery time estimates do not begin until the day after your order ships from our warehouse.


Delivery Issues

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If you live in high crime area, please email us prior to ordering and we will email you the cost of insurance. If your tracking number shows items were delivered, we will not replace a missing or stolen package unless you pay to insure it.

Please note that we do process orders within two Business days. Ex: If you place your order on Mon , we will ship your order on Wed. If your order is placed on Thu , your order will either go out on Fri or Monday. Again, please keep in mind the delivery time estimates do not begin until the day after your order ships from our warehouse.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping info. ( PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER INFO CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER AT CHECK OUT ) Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. 


International Shipping


-While most international packages are delivered within 7-14 days, in rare cases, delays of up to 6-12 weeks have been experienced once the package has left the United States. We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. If you're curious about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
