Shipping & Returns



Please note that we only process returns for items purchased on this site. If you purchased your locs from an outside vender, you must contact that vendor directly. SORRY, NO exceptions!


Delivery: Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If you live in high crime area, please email us prior to ordering and we will email you the cost of insurance. If your tracking number shows items were delivered, we will not replace a missing or stolen package unless you pay to insure it. 



If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased,you may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. We don’t send pre-paid labels for returns.Customers are responsible for shipping cost.

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sunglasses without tags or original packaging , if approved, will incur 25 % restocking fee. 

Note that if your package came back undelivered because you supplied us with the wrong address , the cost to re-ship the item will be paid by you. Original shipping cost on all returns is not refundable. Returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a full refund to your credit card minus the original shipping cost. Shipping cost is not refundable. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping cost is not refundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please send all returns to:

Customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways. When we receive your exchange request, we will email you an invoice for the shipping cost , once the shipping cost is paid , we will ship your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
