Please note that " Sunglass Couture" is no responsible for any shipping cost. Shipping cost is paid by the customer. For international orders, we offer a full refund on any damages minus the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any " Duties or taxes"as they are the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing


Orders are normally shipped within 48 Hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately by phone or email. Expedited orders are processed the same day or the next day with 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail shipping.

You can print and mail us your order with a money order or cashier's check payable to Sunglass Couture.


International Shipping


We currently ship to the listed international countries. All website pricing is listed in US dollars. Our international shipping rate is $7.99 per order ( up to 6 Pair ) Pricing changes may apply for specific shipping destinations. All in-stock international orders are shipped within 2 business days and take 3-4 weeks for delivery . All international orders are sent by airmail and are not traceable. Customer is responsible for Duties and taxes in their own country.

Delivery


Most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is “In Progress”. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Specific ship times will be listed in the product page. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

Payment


We accept major credit cards as forms of payment. Billing and shipping address must match for international orders. All orders are reviewed for accuracy and fraud protection. International orders must provide security code for credit card transactions.

Returns & Exchanges


You have 90 days to request a refund or exchange. All returns must be in new condition and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returned. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
